KAYSER ECOMAT 2000

ECOMAT 2000 is a gas pressure reducer with integrated gas saving device and flow meter. It is designed to save gas when welding in a shielding gas environment (MIG/MAG, etc.). The device is manufactured at the Kayser factory in Fulda, Germany, using reliable components. The amount of gas saved is up to 50%.

For TIG and MIG/MAG welding, single-stage reducers with a pressure gauge or flow meter are mainly used. When the solenoid valve in the welding device is closed after the welding process, gas overpressure is created in the hose between the reducer and the power source. If the welding process is resumed again, this excess gas is released for no reason. Using Ecomat 2000, gas losses due to excess pressure in the hose are reduced to a minimum. The gas saving potential is very high. Studies conducted during spot welding, short and especially coupling welding have shown that savings of up to 50% can be achieved.

ECOMAT 2000 ensures a constant gas flow throughout the welding process. Excess gas pressure in the hose between the welding device and the reducer no longer builds up. Technical data:
